PLX employs several internal risk mitigation strategies:

• Vault Isolation: Each vault operates as an independent contract. A malfunction or oracle error in SOL5X cannot impact PUMP2X.

• Circuit Breakers: Automatic transaction halts trigger during abnormal volatility or failed oracle updates.

• Insurance Reserve: A growing pool funded by vault fees ensures users are compensated in the rare case of imbalance or oracle malfunction.

Together, these create a system that’s fault-tolerant, auditable, and self-healing.
